Is there a long-term contract?
Select plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Ask at your club about current terms and any founding-member offers.
Can I use every FIT LIFE location?
Yes. PLUS and PRO memberships are all-access — train at any FIT LIFE club across Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and Texas with a single membership.
What's included in the Kids Club?
PLUS and PRO members get Kids Club access with two children included, plus $10 per month for each additional child, so you can train while the kids are looked after.
What is FIT Recovery?
FIT Recovery is our recovery suite — cryotherapy and hydromassage — included with the PRO membership to help you bounce back faster.
How do I freeze or cancel?
Submit a request through our online freeze/cancel form and our team will take care of it. You can also stop by the front desk at your home club.
